Returns & Exchange

Because every stone in the GLI Gems vault is a one-of-one piece, we do not accept general returns. However, we stand behind every piece we sell. Exchange within 7 days is available if: • The gemstone specifications do not match the description on the product page, or • The independent lab certificate finds a material discrepancy on re-testing. In either case, we will exchange the stone for another of equivalent value or issue a store credit at our discretion. Shipping costs on approved exchanges are covered by GLI Gems. Please review our No Refund Policy for the reason behind this approach.
