## Are your gemstones certified? Every gemstone can be supplied with an independent lab certificate on request. Certified stones show a "View Certificate" button on the product page. ## Are the stones natural or treated? Provenance and treatment are declared on every product page. Where it says "Natural, Unheated" that is exactly what you receive. ## Do you offer custom jewellery? Yes. Please use the Contact page and share your design brief. Our team will respond within one business day. ## How is shipping handled? Orders are packed insured and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email. ## Can I pay in instalments? Yes for select orders. Please write to us with the piece you are interested in and we will share options.
